These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pontoon mobile application (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pontoon, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

 

2. User Accounts and Security

Pontoon does not facilitate the creation of user accounts and does not obtain or store any user information.

 

3. In-App Currency

    • Pontoon may offer virtual currency or digital items. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for legal tender.

 

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

    • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or contract.
    • Engage in fraudulent activities, including the manipulation of game results or exploitation of bugs.
    • Interfere with the operation of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
    • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided in Pontoon, including software, graphics, text, logos, and sounds, is the property of The Digital Bubble and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, entertainment purposes only.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Digital Bubble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
