Welcome to Tunetrack. By downloading, installing, or using the Tunetrack mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Tunetrack acts as a bridge utility between third-party platforms. To use Tunetrack, you must independently possess and connect:
You acknowledge and agree that Tunetrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Apple Inc. or Google LLC (YouTube). Your use of those external services is bound by their respective Terms of Service. Tunetrack is not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by Apple Music or YouTube that may affect the functionality of this App.
All code, design, branding, and user interface elements unique to Tunetrack are the exclusive property of the developer. Tunetrack does not claim any ownership over the music metadata (owned by Apple/Rightsholders) or the video content (hosted by YouTube/Creators) accessed through the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the video matching algorithm will yield 100% accurate results for every track in your library.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Tunetrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
