- How does Tunetrack find the music videos? Tunetrack uses your Apple Music track metadata (Song Title and Artist Name) to instantly search YouTube for the best matching music video, prioritizing official releases, VEVO channels, and high-quality lyric videos.
- Do I need a paid Apple Music subscription? Yes. Tunetrack requires an active Apple Music subscription and permission to access your device's media library to read your playlists and tracks.
- Why can't I find a video for a specific song? If a track is highly indie, a rare remix, or unreleased, an official music video might not exist on YouTube. If a match is incorrect, you can use the in-app search feature to manually adjust the link.
- Does Tunetrack play videos in the background? In compliance with YouTube’s Terms of Service, video playback is only supported while the app is active on your screen.
