2. Content Disclaimer Brainiac serves as an interface for content retrieved from third-party APIs.
Accuracy: We do not warrant that the questions, riddles, or answers provided by these external databases are accurate, complete, or current.
Nature of Content: The content is generated by external providers and may occasionally contain errors or mature themes. Users are advised to exercise discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
Connectivity: You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. Brainiac is an online-dependent application and will not function without data connectivity to retrieve game content
Data Charges: You are solely responsible for any data usage fees or charges imposed by your mobile carrier while using the app.
4. Limitation of Liability
